Welcome to Librarium Online!
Here's my first 2,000pt list after a few smaller games of 1,000 to 1,500pt games against friends. I took a few unit from my observation of other people's list and thought they are pretty solid (since everyone uses them, they must be good for a reason! ).
General; Lore of Athel Loren; Magic Level 4; Longbow
Wand of Wych Elm
1 Wild Rider Noble
Wild Rider; Longbow; Light Armour
Spear of Twilight
1 Alter Noble
Alter; Great Weapon; Longbow
Helm of the Hunt
Hail of Doom Arrow
Magic Level 1
Cluster of Radiants
10 Glade Guard
10 Glade Guard
5 Wild Riders
Spear; Light Armour; Full Command
3 Warhawk Riders
Casting Pool: 7
Dispel Pool: 6 (Rerollable)
Should I swap out the 3 Warhawks for another unit of 10 Dryads?
Good list. Its solid, it has good Heros/Lords, and i think it would do any WoodElf player proud. About switching the Dryads, its good either way. I would switch though, because your army is lacking in actual big rank and file units, and if skaven is a possiblity, you'll be in trouble. The only other thing you might want to consider, is if your branchwraith wont be in a combaty unit, then i would get a level 2 spell singer instead. I find its overall better/cheaper then cluster of radiants, and level one wizard, and blah, blah, blah...still good list. like te Alter Noble, he will cause lots of grief to your enemies

Hmm, without wanting to get too hung-up on fiddly rules points, it's been established here (twilight spwar question) that the Spear of Twilight doesn't count as a spear. Army book states that a Wild Rider Noble can only be given a magic spear - e.g. The Dawnspear - and not any other kind of magic weapon - i.e. The Spear of Twilight, which doesn't count as a spear. Also, Wild Rider kindreds lose their Longbow.
In general though, it's an awesome army, very similar to mine. I agree with Toast - drop the Warhawks. Dryads will pay for their points again and again, Warhawk Riders rarely perform even half as effectively.
It has yet to be proven that intelligence has any survival value. - Arthur C. Clarke (1917 - 2008)
Great  Drop the Warhawks for more Dryads it is.
For that Twilight Spear issue, I have confirmed it with my local GW store black shirt who's been in the hobby for more than doule-digit years. We had a little (very small) discussion about the spear, and I brought most of the pointers said on this forum, but he insists that it is a Spear and it will benefit from all of the rules given to a spear. So I guess I am going to keep my Twilight Spear on my Wild Rider Kindred for now, since I'll be playing mostly in-store anyways.
