Hi, Not Sure If This Should Be In The Painting Section But Here We Go...
The Poll Is Just For A General Idea And I'd Rather You Posted But How Do You Paint Your Elves or Want To Paint Them?
Pics Are Great and If You Find A Cool Scheme The Post That Too But Please Dont Claim Other Peoples Work As Your Own.
Eh my favorite color is green, one of the many reasons I was drawn to WE. Though I do think the Autumn theme looks pretty sweet, I went for as much green/shades of green as I could. I've been throwing in some red as the an army's color, for banners and such. (I have pics already in the showcase and will try to get some more up as I get around to it)
I dont collect Wood Elves myself but I have a few friends who does. One of them are going with a very...brownish color, throughout his entire army. And I must say, that i looks very artistic. So thats why I've choosen Autumn.
i'm using a spring theme because of the nice contrast of dark greens and dark browns.
Nice paint job Cyric.
Now, to whom exactly do I sell my soul so I can paint that well?
I went Summer. I loved painting the greens and browns. (Although a little sick of it ATM)
But IMO nothing beats an Autumn army on the table. It just looks fantastic.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.
I use a mix of Reds, Browns, Greens and anything else I deem appropriate. It looks "Wood-elvesy" and is personalised. Unfortunately, I've decided that it's officially no fun to paint Glade Guard (too much cloth and it comes in too any different shades).
