hey all my friend is gettin me into whfb and i might go wood elfs but not sure and i just wanted to no what your exp was on ariel is she worth the points or would you rather get a spellweever who is beefed up? if so what would you put on your spell weever to make him good?

Ariel has two things that will make you think twice about building a list with her: you require your opponent's permission to use her, and her points cost for what you get doesn't really merit her use in games of 2.000 or less. She can be helpful, but that's one hell of a target.
On the note of a spellweaver, if you insist on going magic, go dispel heavy rather than magic heavy. WE magic lacks offensive power, so you wont get much oout of it. Top pick is wand of wych elm, re rolling all dispel attempts is good...
so what would you say is the best build for a spell weever?
My personal favorite at the moment is one riding an eagle, with the wand of wych elm and the glamourweave item. Usually go with the lore of life.
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
hmm that would fit well with my conversion that way i can convert my spell weever to look like ariel with the wings to represent the eagle and when i want i can use her as ariel.
Out of interest but still on topic, now that theres no "official" model for Ariel, could you actually just use any normal sized spellsinger as a proxy?
Herald of the Colonel; Festooned with pistols, riddled with vermin, and finger lickin' good...
thats wat i would do seems like the right thing to do cause what else could you use?
Spellweavers can't ride eagles. Only Horses and Unicorns (with Glamourweave)
