    BSB question

many people are using the BSB, nice guy, holds the army togheter, but i got a question
most players stick him in a wardancer unit or something

as i rekon, to join a wardancer troupe, the lord/hero must be of the same kindred.
reading from the WE book: the bsb loses his longbow, cannot use extra non-magical weapons, nor he may use a shield. He cannot be member of a kindred

    thx for answers

That was a 5th edition rule for wood elves iirc. This edition the only restrictions for wood elves is the forest spirit rule, the alter rule, and the rule about not joining flyers from what I currently remember.
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.

the bsb can join wardancers, but does not gain the ability of their dances.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.

and he adds combat resolution (WD can't normally take a banner) and reroll break tests to the unit though with all the ASF stuff in armies these days, it can be somewhat dangerous for the bsb to be in combat.
