So yeah, for those that read a early post, I am making a new WE book (well, really just changing and adding a few things). I am redoing spell list right now, and have come up with a few spells suggested by others and a few that will slightly mirror ones found in other army list.
What it will replace is Tree Singing. Why? Cause its now always usable by casters! So one spot as open now.
why not a spell that gives us the ability to moonstone units at will!
Cast on a 8+
Target unit if wholly within a wood can be moved to any other forest terrain piece on the board as long as it remains completely in the wood.
This spell can be cast on a unit locked in close combat removing it from combat. The unit moved is allowed one reform but otherwise can not move.
I did think about that, but then would people be okay with not having Moonstone anymore? It certainly match WE play style that's for sure if they had it as a spell.
I have my doubts because how often do you get trees on your table? Especially competitively? I think improving Call of the Hunt would be wiser. But the remove from combat bit might be worth it, through I would make it partially in woods as well. Most army won't engage WE in the woods, if their smart.

If your thinking of comparing them to Vampire Counts then how about this for a spell.
Summon Trees 11+
If successful place a 6" diameter piece of forest terrain on the board with in 18" of the caster. Then roll artillery dice and scatter dice. If it moves off the board or misfires then your opponent may place the forest. A caster may only have one forest on the board at a time.
Encourage Growth 5+
One Unit on the board withing 12" of the caster that has the Forest Spiret special rule regains d6 wounds and or models. This can never bring the unit over its starting number or starting wounds.
Army's used: Space Wolves, Tomb Kings, High Elves, Tyranids, Tau and Eldar.
Summon Trees looks like a good one. I voted for ASF though.

i just never use the moonstone now because i feel it is expensive for 1 time only
I like both the spells posted by Willance, they certainly feel Wood elvish to me. Their effects are pretty cool as well. But maybe you should add that a lvl1~2 wizard can have 1 forest and a level 3~4 can have either 2 forest or one bigger forest...
I also like the moonstone thing, I think the item is currently overpriced for what it does. A one time teleport from and to a forest? What if you only have one forest? The tactical advantages of teleporting from one forest to the next are big... but the one use only ruins things.
