I wanted to post a quick (and easy) conversion I did for some of my Wild Riders using the Privateer Press "Raptor" squads.
The conversion was super easy, I just assembled the stags and fortunately the waist/legs that are built into the stag models fit the Wild Rider torsos. I never liked using the horses that the GW kit provided because I didn't feel it fit well with the Wild Rider theme, especially when the Wild Rider Kindred can ride a "Great Stag". I'm still hunting for a big "Great Stag" model that is better than the one provided by GW that still fits the rough scale. (There are a few 500.00+ ones I've seen but yeah..not happening.)
There will obviously be some gap filling using green-stuff and I'm considering actually snapping off the rider torsos (which will be hard since I used the superglue-wet tissue paper-superglue method of bonding - pretty solid bond. As good as pinning for most models) and magnetizing them so that it'll be easier to paint/transport them. I plan on doing 9 more of these conversions but the cost of a box of raptors is 50.00 and they only come with three. I currently use the GW ones and the Hero on the Stag model but I think after this conversion I will begin snapping off and replacing the models three by three.
Anyway, enjoy and I'll post some more pics when I finish painting them in a bit.
