    Discussion-treekin proxies to save money

After playing close to 20 games with the new rules I think along with everyone else im playing with that treekin will become our new close combat force. After play testing dryads versus wardancers versus treekin the best results im getting back are definatly the treekin.

SO everyone is worried about the price right and having to re-buy their armies. Well I want everyone to discuss their ideas for cheaper treekin.

My 12 treekin I just made over the last couple days are pretty mean looking. I used some left over bodies from a box of empire flaggellants and gave them dryad heads and used a whole bunch of leftover dryads bits and made them look ferocious and painted them up to match my army look and they look awesome. I also made the bases out of thin peaces of wood and it cost me exactly nothing.

Go into the back woods. Grab some wood and whittle it down into roughly man shape of about four times the size of a man model. Stick some left over dryad parts on it if you have any.

I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.

I just built 6 more treekin from a citadel woods set. Thirty bucks for 6 treekin isnt bad...AND they are tournament legal because they are citadel models. I also built my 2 treemen out of two more tree sets.
