Welcome to Librarium Online!
I've decided to start writing a Tactica for the Wood Elf forum, partially to fix our lack of one, partially to help alleviate new Wood Elf player questions, and partially just to get my thoughts down on paper. Expect some version of it to be posted this week.
However, while I'm writing this, I'm curious what other people would like to see in it. Right now, my rough organization includes having sections on:
Army Composition - Making a powerful army that isn't considered "cheesy". How to have fun winning, while your opponent still enjoys playing you.
Unit Breakdowns - Pro's and Con's of each unit. Proper use of the units, and most common misuse.
Character Discussion - Equipment combinations, character choices, kindreds, and others.
Army Selector - Various themed army ideas, and their pro's and con's.
Is there any other major sections you'd like to see? Any specific aspects in these major sections? Anything else?
The Enemies of Athel Loren. It hink there is a thread about it, but a tactica would have it's won static section aboutit.

Sorry this got delayed. I got a new job at the last minute very recently. I'm going to try to have something up this weekend.
Perhaps you could have a section on how to wield an entire army as a whole. For example, how to deploy your army, what you don't want to be doing, and how to move your forces to its greatest effectiveness. Whilst there are many tacticas, a lot of them focus on single units rather than the army itself. Perhaps you could suggest good combinations of groups, items ...etc.
Speaking of items, why not have a section on them (as well as banners and spites)?

Someone not branding most of our items sucky or useless because they're not inherently overpowered.
I still hate Twiglets!
I have an item section (still in progress, the guide is really long), and I'll see what I can do on the wielding an army as a whole. I might not make a full section for it for version one, but try to do it adequately with the unit section. If you don't think it is enough when I finish, let me know. I plan on making changes.Originally Posted by Schmeag
I'm shooting to have a finished version up by Friday, and if I don't, someone poke me with a stick.
