hey guys, how would you equip a wardancer noble, i plan on taking a treeman anicent a wardancer noble a lvl2 spellsinger, and a waywatcher noble...
but i would equip my wardacer noble, with annoyance of netlings, and then challenge an enemry general or noble.... but wut should i do with the other 25 pts thanks
I don't put too much on a WD noble. I use either the blades of loec or a murder of spites.
The blades: your noble charges, has five attacks thanks to the dance, has them at a high WS, has them at str 5 on the charge, and then gets to reroll failed wounds. That's awesome.
And a murder of spites does what's obvious: adds an average of three or four attacks per turn that are poisoned and magical.
Otherwise I might take the amber pendant so that he always gets to strike first, at least against opponents in btb with him.
what happends if you use him as a highborn, do you still equip him the saem
Yeah, pretty much. Wardancers never really need anything more then the blades, and maybe the murder or annoyance. I'd rather save my HB for an Alter with Bow of Loren, Arcane Bodkins, a GW, enchanted shield, and LA though.
40K armies: Tyranids (2001), Space Wolves (2008), Sisters of Battle (2011)

I don't take the annoyance for the following reason. Only once have I charged a unit in the front (and my WDs fled and failed to rally). I always charge the side or rear. Consequently, enemy characters aren't in a fighting position and therefore can not accept a challenge. So the annoyance is rarely worthwhile.
For a highborn, I take the blades, a murder of spites, and maybe the amber pendant. That's it. Wardancer characteres are pretty darned tough without a lot of gimmicks. THe dances alone make them terrors on the battlefield.
guys what doe you all think on putting the stone of crystal mere on a Wardancer highborn?
i know that he can do the dances but recently i have had repeatetly bad luck and am thibnking to ad something to my highborns defense
any suggestions/critics on the matter are appreaciated.
