Hey guys so I just played my first two 2000 pts games tonight. my friend and I pulled points together to be able to do it my question: the second player was also wood elves, he had a treeman, and he claimed that treemen were immune to treesinging and furry of the forest (the two spells i rolled) now i don't see a rule for that anywhere in my army book -which is the newest version- was he right?
p.s. i'll try to get these two games in the battle reports asap! thanks in advance guys
he also may have been confused with a spell from lore of life(?). Im not sure of its name but its pretty much tree singing but it doesnt hurt dryads or treekin or treemen. Hell, it could of even been under last edition. All i know about it was that a bret. player used it against me and he was kinda upset that he couldnt effect most of my army.
actualy he is kind of right because forest spirits like dryadas treeking and treemen are immune to the life speel that uses tree (can't remember the name though)
alright, cool. since he was much more expirence i didn't want to argue with him so i just rolled a D2 and he won. sucks because that was probably the only way my army could have really dealt much to his treeman.
another treeman question: since it is considered a monster, it doesn't have 360 vision, so there fore do you get flank and rear bonuses for attacking from those angles?
reface? is that the same thing as lapping around?
wait i'm confused. You can tree sing treemen now? cool tactic but somehow i don't think that's right.
(if so would it work for dryads and treekin) cool way to get enemies away or you closer.
man, i thought i knew all the rules now i am confused
Wash: This landing is gonna get pretty interesting.
Mal: Define "interesting".
