I've been debating an Ork army for quite some time. Here is what I'm planning on for a starting army:
Warboss Mega Armour, (Shoota More Dakka, Power Claw), Waaaagh! Banner. 114
Kommando Mob 97
Nob Power Claw, Slugga, Frag Stikkbombz
Kommando Frag Stikkbombz, Burna
3 x Kommando Frag Stikkbombz, Choppa, Slugga
Nob Power Claw, Slugga, Bosspole, Frag Stikkbombz, Tankbusta bombz
3 x Boyz Rokkit Launcha, Frag Stikkbombz, Tankbusta bombz
6 x Boyz Close combat weapon, Slugga, Frag Stikkbombz, Tankbusta bombz
Shoota Boyz 119
Nob Shoota, Bosspole
3 x Boyz Big Shoota
6 x Boyz Shoota
3 Big Shootaz
3 Rokkit Launchaz
3 Power Clawz
All suggestions are welcome. I'm mostly interested in if this list will function in a balanced fashion.

What do you call a lasgun with a laser sight?
If you're playing in combat patrol, you need lots of bodies in order to hang in there. Orks can't take a lot of gimmicks in a small points game so it's probably best to stick with their bread and butter. Affectionately known as the "Nob Delivery System," the Slugga Mob with a Power-Klaw Nob isn't subtle but it is effective in most situations.
Orks will always struggle with tanks but you won't see anything better than AV 12 in Patrol so don't sweat it. A few Rokkits in your slugga mobs will be fine.
DO take some kind of mobile unit to compliment your footsloggerz. I prefer warbikes and Trukk mobs because they can get in quick and pin down the enemy while the weight of your army closes in. Timing is key though. Make sure you don't go too soon, because you want your bikers or trukkers to last until the infantry arrives to save the day.
A few killer kanz can sometimes be a good compliment, but take 2 or three and make sure they're in separate mobs so they can't all be targeted at the same time.
And be sure to bring just a few grots for stompin' when the boyz need some "inspurayshun."
you definitly do not need the shoota boyz or the tankbustas or kommando u only need slugga boyz in this small of an army
also you have way to many points put into your leader for this many points list
just give him a slugga choppa and eavy armor like necronnoob said
so just get that leader and sluggas mayby a transport or two
also give the sluggas boyz a rokkit laucha
