    First Competitive List (1000pt.)

I have been playing Eldar for awhile now and I have learned much in the way of rules, strategy, and army building. I have only played friendly games to this point, at about the 1500pt level. I normally perform alright never winning by I big margin, and never loosing by a big margin. Now I would like to start building a much more competitive list, my current one is highly based on the appearance of the models and not so much the harmony needed in playing competitive Eldar. The models I currently own are:

    1 Jetbike Farseer
    10 Howling Banshees
    20 Dire Avengers
    1 Wave Serpent
    1 Falcon
    10 Swooping Hawks
    7 Fire Dragons
    5 Shining Spears

I was thinking of a list somewhere along this line:

    HQ:
    Farseer on Bike: Doom, Spear

    Elite:
    10 Howling Banshees
    Wave Serpent Starcannon, Stones, VE

    Troops:
10 Dire Avengers w/ Exarch: Dual Shuricats, Bladestorm
Wave Serpent Dual Shuricannon, Stones, VE

3 Jetbikes w/ Shuricannon & Warlock: Spear, Embolden

    Fast Attack:
6 Warp Spiders w/ Exarch: Withdraw, Dual Deathspinners, Powerblades

I would like to make a mechanized list as this most matches my play style. I would also like to use as many of the units I have as possible, but I have been looking into a second Wave Serpent, Jetbikes, Harlequins, and Warp Spiders. Any suggestions on my list would be much appreciated.
