Ok well this is my first list since the new dex came out, yes i know it was a long time ago but i had biel tan and never bothered buying a second troop choice next to my dire avengers. But now im compelled to continue playing since ive seen the new plastic models in use.
Autarch Swooping Hawk Wings, Banshee Mask, Power Weapon, Fusion Gun 113
Eldrad Ulthran 210
7 Striking Scorpions Exarch, Scorpions Claw, Shadow strike 159
10 Wraithguard warlock, conceal, spiritseer (counts as troop) 395
10 Holwing Banshees Exarch, Executioner, Wave Serpent Twin Starcannons, Vectored Engines 327
10 Harlequins Troupe Master, Death Jester, Shadowseer 272
10 Dire Avengers Exarch, Power Weapon and Shimmer Shield, Bladestorm 162
10 Warp Spiders Exarch, Exarch Death Spinner, Fast Shot, Crack Shot 237
10 Swooping Hawks Exarch, Power Weapon, Skyleap, Intercept 235
3 Support Weapon Battery Dcannon 150
5 Dark Reapers Exarch, Tempest Launcher, Fast Shot, Crack Shot 225
Why Eldrad Ulthran? not only is it incredibly unfluffy hes not that great in this list... Avatar would be fluff and a Phoenix Lord (Maugan Ra in this instance) would probably be best. Or of course a farseer.
Your biggest problem is that in 2500 points you have 1 tank and no monsters... that serpent is going to die in an instant to 2500 points worth of anti-tank firepower.
I say drop the wave serpent and Eldrad Ulthran, the troupe master, death jester, fast shot, the warp spider upgrades (which he can't actually take).
3 more scorpions
20 guardians or storm guardians + conceal warlock
That would make your army more fun and more in style with the theme you have.
To be more effective (and lose the theme):
Keep serpent for the banshees, lose the starcannons.
Add a serpent to the dire avengers.
Add a serpent for the striking scorpions
Add a falcon OR fire prism
Drop the support weapons
Add 3 War Walkers /w scatter lasers
Drop the Wraithguard
Add another Falcon OR Fire Prism
Basically its all or nothing with the vehicles. At 2500 points you need at least 4 of them (and at least 2 of those with holo-fields) for any to survive. The alternative is to play with none and have a foot-slogging eldar.
Once upon a time I played foot-slogging biel-tan and it was great fun. Good luck if you choose to do that too.

If anyone wants any kind of help writing fluff for any kind of GW army just ask.
I have to agree with all of the above. Eldar's greatest strength lies in the whole being greater than the sum of the parts (or something like that). I actually just invested in 3 more skimmers to expand my lists and make them more effective in the larger point games. They are expensive to buy but will cause your opponent endless frustration. I have had falcons survive to the end of the game taking 3-4 lascannon hits per turn.
IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT!
