Lose the Vespids (for sure), and possibly the Pirhanas (I've heard bad things about them, and I don't know how well a team of two will do).
Unless you really want them, also lose the Sniper Drones. Get a Hammerhead, even if it means losing a team of Broadsides.
Also make a Shas'El or two Fireknives. You have to get (too) close to use FBs, and I see nothing else to block him (so that he could take advantage of the Independent Character rule).

    Nice list.

My only concern is finding space to deploy those FW effectively. I would consider dropping the 10 man FW squad for some kroot with hounds. The will serve you better in the long run.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.

You made a mistake, this is actually only 77 points if its a Team Leader, 82 if it's a Shas'Vre. Keep it a Team Leader unless you want to give it Special Issue stuff, so that actually makes your list below 2000 points instead of 1 point over, so now you don't have to change anything. Well, I would get rid of the Vespids, in the right situation they are very good, meaning if they are shooting at a 4 man marine squad with nothing else in assault range, otherwise they will just get shot up, then assaulted. They are just too squishy for my tastes.

Thanks for the feedback. I really do appreciate, even though....

I think I'm going to keep the vespid, for now at least. Their speed will be nice for the Shasel to work from, they will be excellent distractions albeit a tad pricey for meat, and I also have plans for fire warriors with jetpacks.

The piranha, i will also keep. I need a tad extra tank killing power, and the seekers in conjunction with the rogue sniper markerlights should help out there. Also, the reason for the two: well, twice the shots! But also, as a squadron, the opponent must kill both to get any VPs. So, one gets whacked, then the other lurks till final turn for objective grabbing. Of course this is all theory at this point.....

Thanks again! It just means everything else is in relative order.
