Okay now where do we start? First of all this list doesnt have anywhere near enough models, I'll go into the specific units now.

    HQ
    1 Farseer (HQ)
    Witchblade; Shuriken Pistol
    #Ghosthelm
    Runes of Warding
    Guide
    Spirit Stones
    Doom

Dont use him to babysit a unit of guardians, it's an absolute waste, get guide and use them on the war walkers.

    Elite
    5 Fire Dragons (Elites)
    Fusion Gun; Melta Bombs

Dragons in a falcon can be avoided by deploying a line of infantry around the vehicle, but debatable.

    7 Howling Banshees (Elites)
Power Weapon; Shuriken Pistol; Banshee Mask
    1 Exarch
    Mirrorswords; Banshee Mask
    1 Wave Serpent
Linked Shuriken Catapults; Linked Bright Lances
    Spirit Stones

Now, the banshees are gonna without any support what so ever, I'd drop these for a unit of harleys since their hit and run means no getting tied up in cc so support isnt that important. If you must have this setup however, give exarch executioner and vectored engines to the wave serpent.

    Troop
    10 Guardian Defender Squad (Troops)
    Shuriken Catapult
    1 Grav Platform
    Scatter Laser
    1 Warlock
    Witchblade; Shuriken Pistol
    Conceal

DA are far superior to guardians right now, bump them up to 15 if you dont have them (which you absolute should).

    3 Guardian Jetbike Squadron (Troops)
    Shuriken Pistol; Linked Shuriken Catapults (x2); Shuriken Cannon (x1);
    Jetbike

    Heavy
    3 War Walker (Heavy Support)
    Left Scatter Laser
    Right Shuriken Cannon

Mixing weapons on a walker is a big no no, either double shruiken cannons or scatter lasers. Scatter lasers are the best by a long shot but if you dont have the points go for the shruiken cannons.

    1 Falcon (Heavy Support)
Linked Shuriken Catapults; Shuriken Cannon; Pulse Laser
    Holo-fields
    Spirit Stones

    Add a second cannon here.

    Models in Army: 34
    Total Army Cost: 996
Not enough models, more models!!! 200pts spent on troops isnt enough.

    I am going point over-board

I do have 2 units of Dire Avengers but I cant seem to fit them into the army, they are too much points at a little point game.

This list really gives me the feeling of a lack of anti-vehicle power, but I dont know where I can fit more lances without exploding the point cap.

troops win you the game at 1000pts, lots of DA, harleys instead of banshees, add a warlock w/spear to the 3 bikes for mobile anti tank. take a seer with guide and keep the rest as it is. should be good with the points

ok so farseer gets guide and only guide, maybe a singing spear if yo uhave points. He stands next to your war walkers who must have 2 scatter laser a piece. Not mixed weapons!

Elites... drop the fire dragons, not that many tanks in a 1k list and 5 of them isnt good enough to deal with MEQs properly.
Banshees are ok, but DieHard is right, the Harlies are gonna be less delicate and they hit alot harder on the charge, then they can fall back! You need a unit of about 6-7 with about 4 harlie kiss. 7 harlies, 4 kisses-- 142pts 8Y

DA are gonna be good in this list, and you should take them for fire power, now the cheapest build is gonna be 10 guys, exarch with bladestorm and double cats. 152pts a piece, take two units like this 8Y

Jetbikes are always good, get them a warlock with a singing spear to lead them for the extra mobile anti tank. If you have points left over spend them here!

    3 war walkers, 2 scatter laser a piece, 180pts

Falcon with pulse laser is good anti tank. Add a scatter laser to this as well the shuri cannon is too short ranged for this guy.

All in all your list is going to be rather slow. The harlies will be a good counter charge units behind your DA firing line. Or you can cut their numbers and put them in the falcon for a nice surprise. You may feel the list lacks ranged units but with the falcon and the guided warwalkers, you will have plenty of shooting turn 1 and 2, then wit hthe DA you will lay down a wall of bladestorm fire. Finish up the enemy with some strafing from the bikes and a charge from the harlies... *cheers*

If you dont like a unit dont use them. they are just your best option. You could use Scorpions to a lesser effect. Banshees just seem a little specialized, and a waste versus most infantry.

With the suggestions made you should be alright, just consider the harliquinns

you could easily fit the avengers in by dropping the gaurdians, bikes, and banshee's.
And if you ended up dropping the ban's transport you could fit some bright lances in ;]

A single walker with BL is a cheap and effective way of getting lances, wraithlords are more expensive but they're tougher.
