    There are some problems I can see with your list...

    HQ-You can't take two missile pods...they count as twin-linked (unless that is what you meant to say). Don't gve him stimulant injectors or shild drones...he loses IC status if u take the drones. Your commander should never be shot at, and if he is, you can be sure that they will mass enough shots at him that he will go down (because they know that they probably won't get another shot at it unless you make another mistake).

    Elite-No crisis teams... thats rare. I think you need at least one deathrain in this list, there is not enough anti-tank/MC. The stealth team should drop bonding (because they shouldn't be shot at either, and the small squad size will make it useless), and the blacksun filters (they will be infiltrating close to the enemy anyway, plus their gun ranges will make it obsolete).

    Troops-Squad 1-I would drop the carbines, the emp/photon grenades, the bonding knife and the drones...none of these are worth it, buy more fire warriors.

    -Squads 2 and 3-Same as above, but drop the multi-tracker and replace it with a target lock.

    Fast Attack-Drop the grenades again, the rail rifles, ans the sensor spines...none are worth it.

    Heavy Support-That one guy doesn't need bonding...I would buy a railhead anyway, they are really good it 1k points because of their durability, firepower and mobility.
