It seems like a pretty strong list all told. There are a few things I would do differently but they're more a matter of personal taste and not 'essential'. I'll go through them below.
HQ - I always like the Helios suit outfit for HQ thanks to their independant character status protecting them from return fire. Can be harder to use well than the old fireknife though thanks to the shorter range.
Elites - Great setup. A HWTL on a Deathrain team leader can help spread their firepower out a bit to hit two light vehicles a turn.
Troops - I prefer full 12-man squads of Firewarriors for that full FOF experience.
Fast attack - I try and take a squad of Drones if I can. They stick with the HQ Helios whilst I push him forward to protect him from return fire and assaults.
Heavy support - Drop the SMS from the Railhead; ideally you'll want to keep this back and use the long range of the railgun to keep it safe from return fire. A second Hammerhead at this point level seems like overkill. I would go for just the Railhead and put the saved points into more Firewarriors and some drones.
Thats just my take on it dude. Its a good list - hope you have fun using it
That's not a bad list at all. A personal choice would be to take MT and TA on the Devilfish, but it depends on how you plan to use this vehicle. Taking just DL suggests you intend it to be a delivery van rather than an offensive vehicle, since in order to get Skimmer Moving Fast you will require it to move >6" per turn, which will deny you the use of the BC if you have no MT.
Taking the TA on the two Crisis Suits however will have higher strength weapons hitting a little better, so it's a bit of a trade-off here! The DF could of course be used as an LOS-blocker to protect those two suits by landing it in front of the dangerous units.
As I said though, the list is not bad at all. Play it and let us know how it fares.

I would suggest upgrading one of your Fireknife team leaders to a Shas'el and swapping him to a Helios. Two Deathrains (I would actually suggest dropping one), and Two Fireknives (one with BS4 and one with BS5) is plenty anti light tank fire. A Helios will introduce some anti heavy tank (I'm talking Landraiders and Leman Russ) firepower as well as a one step solution (just add water!) to Terminators, Montrous Creatures and small, fast assualt units.
Your force desperately needs more anti horde stuff. With the extra elite spot you could consider getting stealth suits for a kind of mini 24" range FoF. You should also increase the unit sizes of your Fire Warriors to 12 for "the full FoF experience" as rp252 said. Your Railheads Submunitions should also lend a hand in the anti horde department.
The Ionhead should definetly be dropped as it's roles, anti tank and anti MEQ, are already filled buy all your suits and FoFs.
