Welcome to Librarium Online!
Hey i put up a 750 list a while back and got some good feedback, i was wondering how this would go as an all comers list. I'm playing a friendly tommorrow against my friend who has tau and i think he has 2 broadsides, 2 squads of 6 fire warriors in devilfishes, pathfinders in a devilfish and a HQ which may or may not have Crisis body guard. However the list is designed to work against most armies.
- Singing Spear
10 Striking Scorpions (207)
- Exarch with Scorpions Claw
10 Dire Avengers (152)
- Exarch with Two Avenger Shuriken Catapults
10 Dire Avengers (162)
- Exarch with Power Weapon and Shimmershield
- Shuriken Cannon
2 Heavy Weapon Platforms (100)
- 2 Vibro Cannons

THIS IS SPARTA!
The only thing I can see is that it's a heavy footslogging army. I've never had success with this because the Eldar are pretty fragile. And you're going to get outranged by Tau guns .
I would try to fit at least one Wave Serpent into this list.
While Eldar footslogging lists are rare in that the craze seems to be Mechanised, they are by no means too fragile to be effective.
I consistently run a foot slogging list and the way to do it is to play smart. Hug cover, deploy in or behind terrain, always remember to fleet and that fleeting ignores terrain. Keep the enemy heads down and most importantly don't run directly foward - we don't have the numbers to do this.
An eldar footslogging list works better in a counter-attacking mode than an all out assault one.
Also, 19 Bladestorming Dire Avengers is nothing to scoff at - the amount of destruction they cause is phenominal.
That being said, I do believe you need some form of fast element to this army and a little more anti tank. Swooping Hawks can fit the bill extremely well, as can Warp Spiders - although they are a little less effective against tanks.
War Walkers are also a good addition to any footslogging army and most things fear Dark Reapers.
