Welcome to Librarium Online!
Hi ! I'm a new Eldar player and I'm gonna play one of my first battles at the end of the week, vs Space Marines. At first I wanted to play a very classic army witth 2 falcons, Harlequins and Fire Dragons, but it's not a very fun way of playing, plus I doubt I'll be able to hide two vehicles for the first turn... So this is another very custom tailored Anti-SM army :
Farseer > With the dark reapers
6 Harlequins (including a Shadowseer, 6 Harlequin's kisses) -> Embarked in the falcon
6 Striking Scorpions (including an Exarch : Shadowstrike, Scorpion's claw) -> Infiltrated
Heavy Support :
Falcon (Shuriken Cannon upgrade, Starcannon, Spirit Stone, Holo-fields) -> Not enough points for Vectored Engines
4 Dark Reapers (including an Exarch : EML, Fast Shot) -> EML in case I have nothing except a tank to shoot.
So, I agree this is not a list for any tournament play, but this is a friendly battle, so I'm not trying to be the absolute best.
Still, is this list usable? Can it win against Marines? I'd gladly take any advice !

I like the army list, but I have never seen the Dark Reapers do much. I would switch out the dark reapers for 3x war walkers each armed with a missile launcher and a scatter laser. than your remaining 22 pts could be spent on vectored engines. Just a thought for ya.
actually, in my opinion dark repears are the best unit we can field against marines and MEQ with an ap of 3 and 8 to 10 shots, you should be killing 3 or 4 a turn at least. Put them in a building and dont move them, just keep shooting.
Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read.
Sure reapers kill marines, but they are also the single largest infantry fire magnet in the army - especially for SM players. They know that reapers are nasty and hence will focus as much fire as possible against them. That and paying 217pts for 5 models?
While I do love reapers I tend to avoid them in smaller games. Still, if your oponent hasn't faced them before they can be quite fun. (Mind you, my best moment with them is when I assaulted a unit of daemonettes with them and won the combat. 3+ Save makes them quite resilient in cc!)
