So, after some proxying and testing I have formulated another list. I'm trying to make it balanced and competitive before I buy more orks. So all advice is appreciated.
Attack Squig, PK, 'Eavy Armor, Cybork
Wierdboy with warphead upgrade
6 Tank bustas with 2 bomb squigs (will be transported in looted wagon, see heavy support)
12 boys with sluggas and choppas and nob with pk/boss pole in trukk x2
20 boys with shootas and 2 big shootas and nob with pk/boss pole
5 nobs, 1 PK, boss pole, Painboy, Cybork, waaagh banner (no 'eavy armor) inside a trukk
6 warbikes, 1 nob w/ pk and boss pole
Looted Wagon with boomgun, 'ard case, and big shoota
Looted wagon with big shoota (transport for tank bustas)
It looks pretty good, but there really is no point to the weirdboy, at least as far as I can see. This list can't take advantage of the extra wauuggghhhs he creates, and although his blasting can be useful, his psychic power is going to be a disadvantage about half the time.
I'd cut out the weirdboy and either add 2 rokkit buggies, or another looted wagon (just to block line of sight and cause confusion), or upgrade the looted wagon to a battlewagon, or increase the tankbustas to 9 in number + give them a nob/powerklaw/bosspole.
Also, I'd find some extra points and change those big shootas in the shoota boy mob into rokkits instead. This list doesn't have much anti-armor, and the shoota boyz have a lot of staying power.
Otherwise it looks good. ;Y
Ok, I made two other lists to refine this, one using Gazskull, one without.
Here is the Gazskull version:
10 Tank bustas
Choppa and Slugga Boys and nob with pk/boss pole, 12 in a Trukk
Choppa and Slugga Boys and nob with pk/boss pole, 10 in a Trukk (so I can fit Gazskull in with them)
Shoota boys, 20 w/ 2 rokkits and nob with pk/boss pole
5 Nobs, 1 PK, waagh banner, painboy, cybork bodies, inside a trukk
6 bikes and nob with pk/boss pole
Warbuggy with rokkits
Warbuggy with rokkits
Looted wagon with big shoota, to shuttle around the tank bustas
Looted wagon with big shoota, boom gun, 'ard case
total 1492, i can add a boy to the shootas or grot orderly or bomb squig, whichever sounds more fun to me.
List without Gazskull
attack squig, pk, cybork
8 Tank Busta
Slugga and Choppa boys and nob with pk/boss pole, 11 in Trukk (to fit warboss)
Slugga and Choppa boys and nob with pk/boss pole, 12 in Trukk
Shoota boys, 20 with 2 rokkit launchas
Nobs, 1 pk, boss pole, pain boy, waagh banner, cybork bodies, 5 total in Trukk
6 warbikes, nob with pk/boss pole
Warbuggy with rokkits
Warbuggy with rokkits
Looted wagon w/ big shoota
Looted wagon w/ boom gun, big shoota, 'ard case

The second list looks absolutely solid. There's nothing I can say against it, it's well balanced, has a lot of gunfire, and some nobz to help tear up your opponent's side of the board.
Ghazghkull is a great character, but he's only going to be worth it if you're footslogging a lot of boyz across the table, to take advantage of his guaranteed 6in wauuggghhh. Since you're primarily using trukks, bikes, buggies and wagons, you're better off using a regular warboss.
Ok, second list it is... plus I'd have more fun with my warboss conversion anyway.
I was also thinking (for the second list) to switch out the shoota boys and lootas for another trukk full of choppy boys (with a nob holding a pk and boss pole of course) and another looted wagon for another squad of 8 tank bustas, and with the points left over give 2 squig bombs to both squads of tank bustas.
But for the sake of variety (and sanity) while modeling I might stick with the other list... not to mention lootas can take advantage of my city fight terrain ^_^
Although I'm a bit nervous about having only 3 trukks in the list.

It's up to you, but if you drop the shootas, then I wouldn't drop the lootas. Dropping the shootas, for another trukk full of boyz instead, is definitely not a bad idea. Either can work, but the more trukks you have, the less likely your opponent will be able to deal with them all. Putting absolutely everything in vehicles, however, may leave you a little vulnerable when fighting armies that have powerful shooting.
If it was my list, I'd drop the shootas and add trukk boyz, but I'd keep the lootas as they are. One team of tankbustas is probably enough.
Now that I look at it, 8 tankbustas in a looted wagon might give you some problems. The trouble is, it's a relatively expensive unit in a vehicle that's likely to explode. If the looted wagon explodes, your tankbustas will possibly take casualties, and then have to make a leadership check, which will be at leadership 7-8, or be pinned.
There isn't much you can do about this, besides:
1. Cut the team of tankbustas to 5, to minimize your losses if they die.
2. Increase their number to 9-10, and possibly give them a nob with a powerklaw and bosspole, to give them more staying power.
3. Put them in a battlewagon, to keep their vehicle from exploding.
Personally, I think the best thing to do is combine choices 1 and 3. My plan is to run 5 tankbustas in a battlewagon that has a big shoota and nothing else. It would have armor 14/12/10 and never randomly drive forward 12in and deny the passengers any shots that turn. When you take that into account, the 8 tankbusta team only has 1.66 more shots per turn than the 5 man team (assuming none of them die), which is about a 50/50 chance of a hit every turn with the extra shots. If given the choice, I'd choose far superior armor over a 50/50 chance of getting an extra hit every turn.
It's 170 points, as opposed to 8 tankbustas in a looted wagon with a big shoota, which is 160 points, but you could make up the points (and the points you need to change the shootas into sluggas in a trukk) by taking off your warboss' attack squig. The squig is nice, but it's expensive.
Whatever choice you make, good luck!
That would require converting a battle wagon. I'm kinda hoping that GW will make a plactic one. Although.. if they take too long, and I'm satisified enough with my looted wagons when they are done, I might find myself making one. So, i'll take choice two, and switch the shootas for another trukk full of boys, and also keep the lootas which sound fun anyway. having more vehicles means I can block line of sight to my looted wagon until it can unload its tank bustas anyway. It looks like I'll be dropping the attack squig to... but model it anyway. ^_^
