    Uh...

I think you're overusing cybork bodies. Yes, a 5+ cover save is nice for the lootas, who will lose 1/3 less guys, meaning your opponent will have to do enough damage to kill 13 lootas, in order to kill the 10.

The problem? 3 more lootas cost 45 points. The cybork bodies cost 50. The protection of the cybork bodies is less cost effective than more troops, and with greater numbers, you'll get more shots as well. The same goes for the burnas. More troops is better than a 5+ cover save, and that's not even counting the added damage those units will do.

Then you get to the troops, and you've way overspent! Adding cybork bodies to every troop almost doubles their cost! For the cost of 4 units of boyz, you're fielding 2 with cybork bodies. Grotts with cybork bodies is downright hysterical. You've put a 5 point upgrade on a 3 point troop.

Also, those nobz need powerklaws, especially against marines. Ever try to beat a unit of terminators with a big choppa? It isn't pretty, considering that the terminators have a 2+ save. Powerklaws force them to use their 5+ invulnerable save, if they have an invulnerable save at all. For the same reason, the storm boyz need a non with powerklaw and bosspole. The bosspole will keep them from running, and the powerklaw will allow them to kill anything.

I once saw a game where a full unit of storm boyz charged an imperial guard front line. It went well at first...but then his opponent counter-assaulted with a sentinel with a buzzsaw. The ork player then had to watch every last member of his storm boyz die, as none of them had the ability to damage the walker. Stikkbombs aren't enough, and even if they were, the next turn 2 more sentinels moved in, and finished the job. A powerklaw, on the other hand, would have torn them to pieces.

That battlewagon is only going to be able to shoot all those weapons if it stands perfectly still, and you really need it as a transport for the burnas, in order for them to be effective. I usually only run battlewagons with a single gun, because of this.

Don't get me wrong, this list looks really funny, but it's going to be slaughtered. Chaos marines have a 3+ base save, and many (if not most) of their elite troops have a 5+ invulnerable save.

Here's my version of the same list:

    Mad Doc (160)

10 Lootas w/3 upgraded to meks with big shootas (150)

10 Burnas w/3 upgraded to meks with kustom mega blastas (150)

20 slugga boyz w/2 rokkits, nob upgrade, powerklaw, bosspole (180)

20 slugga boyz w/2 rokkits, nob upgrade, powerklaw, bosspole (180)

20 slugga boyz w/2 rokkits, nob upgrade, powerklaw, bosspole (180)

    17 Gretchin w/runtherd and grabba (66)

    20 Storm boyz w/nob upgrade, powerklaw (275)

Battlewagon w/deff rolla, big shoota, grot riggers, armor plates, red paint job (135)

    POINTS: 1496

Attach the mad doc to the burnas the first turn, and move them into the battlewagon.

That's a solid 1500 point army, with exactly the same number of troops. You're basically spending around 500 points on cybork bodies, which is funny, but not effective.
