1 Strategic Asset per player. Mine is Careful Planning (first turn Vampire).
10 Howling Banshees
10 Dire Avengers
Power Weapon and Shimmershield
5 Dark Reapers
Its a little low on anti horde, but theres only one player who plays hordes in apoc. The rest go tank/marine heavy
The vibros are there to debilitate Super Heavies, theyre amazing at it, and they rock at taking out void shields.
I'm very concerned with your vehicle department. You have exactly one tank and one light harassment vehicle. In 3000 points. To say that they will eat almost every anti-tank weapon on the board is not an understatement. Also, your banshees have no backup when they hit CC. I'm also not following what the wraithguard are to accomplish in this list. Even they are not invulnerable. They are also not combat effective. They are slow, carry short ranged weapons, and can only kill at max one target a turn. To have 800 points of units that can kill at max twenty units a turn doesn't sit right with me.
See, where we play, at least 60%(or more) of the army usually consists of tanks and super heavies. Hence the wraithguard. Also, remember Lascannons go for wraithlords too
If that's the case, feed some tanks right back at them. Your wraithguard are going to eat strength D templates from all of those fun super-heavies. Even fortuned, they are not immortal. I'm still not a fan of the singular tank, or the single vyper. But that's now mostly a matter of opinion. What made you decide for the vampire raider?
Our local super heavies:
So, wheres all this Strength D? I think I am going to be fine from all that.
Sugar it should be a Hunter! I always get them confused!
And I've playtested the Vampire hunter, it eats Baneblades and the like alive. It is a rather nasty gunship.
Hurm, I'm torn between a Revenant and a Vampire Hunter.
However, I am not sure how to play Eldar in a 3000 Point game. I dont see a mech army working, as there are simply too many units. Hence the Wraiths, they are slow and very effective against Super Heavies.
But could anyone give me a hand on how to structure the list? I already have a thread for choosing which Super Heavy.
