You can't have 12 dire avengers in a squad. The max squad size is only 10. Also, try to find a way to add another jetbike with a shuirkan cannon into that squad. On the fire dragons, the exarch really isn't necessary. Six fusion guns are quite sufficient. Aside from that, the list looks fine.

    A few tweaks:
    - For 5th edition purposes, I would drop the shuricannon's off your vypers, and falcon since you wont be able to shoot them on the move.

    - I would replace the main shuricannons on the vypers with scatter lasers, since you get better range and 1 more shot.

    - Mongoose is right, the Fire Dragon Exarch is really unnecessary, however, for fifth edition he might be worth consideration only upgraded with the tank hunters exarch power, since only 5+ will destroy a vehicle on the new damage table. With Tank Hunters and AP1 this would increase your roll by 2 meaning you only need a 3+ to destroy a tank.

    - the Farseer is a bit expensive at this point level, I can see you justifying doom and guide but you could save ~50 points if you dropped whichever power you thought would be less useful (generally guide as it only affects 1 unit rather than doom which gives all your units a boost) and the stones. With the extra points you could get some more bikes or whatever you would like.
