This list I put together thinking of the pathfinder's scout move, the devilfish being non-dedicated and therefore toting some kroot, a possible kroot fish of fury, and the hammerhead's better subunition shot due to no cover saves being allowed.
HQ = 100 pts.
Shas’el: plasma rifle, Cyclic Ion blaster, Targeting array, HW multitracker =
Stealth team: 155pts
2 shasui: burst cannon, drone controller , 2 gun drones ea
1 shasui leader -, HW DC , +1 gun drones, HW target lock, Bonding knife = 65 pts
2 XV8 teams: 121 pts x 2 = 242 pts
1 shasui: , twin linked fusion blasters , target lock = 48 ea
1 shasui: , twin linked fusion blasters, drone controller , 2 shield drones = 73 pts
2 kroot squads: 2 x 84 = 168 pts
2 Pathfinder teams: 157 pts x 2 = 314 pts
6 shasla: , with carbines and markerlights = 72 pts
1 devilfish:, burst cannon, gun drones, disruption pod = 85 pts
3 Railrheads: 525pts
, railgun, burst cannons, disruption pod, 2 seeker missles. = 175 pts ea.
Thanks for the advice and criticism,

First of all I would like to say that the non-dedicated transport issue came up in a conversation with the local GW store manager. He said that devilfish, aswell as any other dedicated transports, will not become undedicated (This makes sense to me . . .otherwise we would be moving kroot in 'fish and that just doesnt seem right)
Comments in red, they're based on the assumption that the above is true.
Hope that helps and that it doesn't seem like I'm trying to re-write your list. Keep in mind: these are my opinions and the important thing is if these choices work for you since everybody has a different play style.

Thank you very much for all of your help, it must have taken a while to type that.
I will definitely think try out fielding some bodyguards, but I actually love the cib. I usually get a solid 1 AP 1 wound from it.
I love the idea of a Stealth Marker team, but I'm not sure if markerlight drones have jet packs or not. I'm thinking that because the sniper drones are counted only as infantry and they carry heavy weapons too.
Deepstriking gun drones is good advice too. 5 or 6 strength 5 shots is nothing to be laughed at when a deamon prince has 1 wound left (happened to me yesterday).
I want to field a team of 3 broadsides and 2 railheads too. I'm just not sure if the relentless rule makes any difference to the broadsides, or if the railheads will get a 4+ cover save from the disruption pod.
Thanks for the advice about the markerlights. I think that I'll drop one pathfinder squad in place of the SMT, add in a squad of pathfinders, but keep the kroot - because IMHO kroot are going to rock in 5e now that there's so many cover saves, and they can run to nearby forests.
I'll rewrite the list, thanks again

I was just relaying what I heard from GW, but your right it doesn't say that anywhere. last night I had the fortune to be able to play a full 1750 point game with the new rules and could not find a single thing saying we couldn't transport kroot (btw i don't think i will anyways new infiltration rules are awesome!)
I can still see a few places where this list could use some tweaks, I'm at work atm so I'll comment in detail when I get home in a few hours.
Ok so a few things I can see being a problem, first is your lack of troops. 5e your gonna need troops and 2 units won't cut it (kroot and FW die quickly to focused fire.)
second, I still dont like the set up with the mixed weapons throughout your unit. Not a really big fan of one of the set ups aswell. . . MP/BC. I would make one unit of TL-Mp suits and one unit of MP/Pr suits since you already almost have that, they would be 106 and 124 points a for those units,.
kroot are cool, the other day when playing 5e I used 10 kroot and 5 hounds, worked miracles.
Drones wont be needed since you can JSJ, wasted points really. imo
over 1/3 your points tied into Heavy Support, maybe remove 2 broadsides and get more troops
6 pathfinders will net you on average 3 markerlights, you could up the unit to 8 with some points shaved from removing shield drones.
Hope that helps.
