This is my most recent attempt at fixing my Eldar list. I have yet to play test it, please critique.
Farseer- Fortune, Mind War
Fire Dragons (5) Exarch- Firepike, Tank Hunter
Wraithguard (5) Warlock- Spiritseer, Conceal
Harlequin Troupe (6) - H. Kiss (6), Shadowseer, Death Jester
Guardians (10 )- W. Plat = Missle Launcher
Vyper- Shuriken Cannon
Wraithlord- Brightlance / Missile Launcher
Fire Prism- Holo-Fields, Spirit Stones
Total Model Count: 40
Total Point Value: 1500
I'm not sure how most others feel, but I prefer taking banshees for assault purposes rather than harlequins.
My immediate view on your list is that it's an awfully small number of models for 1500pts. Secondly, is it being designed for use under 4th or 5th? If the latter, your lack of troops may be a serious drawback.
If you can give a bit more background as to your choices/playing style it will almost certainly make it easier to provide you with more helpful advice.

My first point always to eldar army lists is to state your opponent, eldar are meant to expose your opponents weakness. Regardless though. I would drop Fuegan unless you are playing a heavy tank army and they are in a wave serpnt. But 6 drags in a falcon is usually more than enough to **** anything up in a 4th ed game. And DAs are way better than guardians, the one platform can be made up for by your Heavy support.
