    1000 points, friendly

I'm facing Necrons, Space marines, and two Chaos players (sigh, only 3+ saves)

    Well, onto the list then

    HQ:

    Commander Shas'el 97 pts
-Plasma rifle, Missile pod, Multi-tracker, Targeting array

    Shas'el Fireknife 97 pts
    -(Same as above)

    Elites:

    XV8 Crisis suit 77
-Team leader, Plasma rifle, Missile pod, Multi-tracker, Targeting array

    XV8 Crisis suit 77
    -(Same as above)

    Troops:

    10 Kroot 70
    -I know, wtf?

    12 Fire warriors 205
    -Devilfish w/Decoy launchers

    12 Fire warriors 205
    -(Same as above)

    Heavy Support:

    Hammerhead 165
-Railgun, Burst cannons, Multi-tracker, Decoy launchers

993 points. I think it's a quite solid list, and can add quite a punch. One thing I'm afraid of is the Necron Destroyer Lord with his warscythe, T6, Phylactery etc. He gets close just too soon. That's why I took the Kroots, to tie him up for the first 2 turns, as he can't possibly kill them all at once. The Fire warriors are my favorite unit, they get to Rapid Fire the marines early, and the enemy has to pass a morale test in order to shoot them (they are behind the Devilfish) and they can't even charge them, correct me if I'm wrong.

I probably say this too much, but try switching the decoy launchers for disruption pods. Decoy launchers always seem to give my opponent a free kill instead of a immobile, maybe that's just me. i find DP keep em up longer.

And apparently since there is no immobilized result in the 5th edition glancing table, decoy launchers have become worse than useless, as yes, they only stop 'glancing immobilizations'- as worded in the codex- until errated.

Since youre facing 3+ saves exclusively, Id also reccomend swapping out a few (not all) of your Crisis Missile Pods with fursion blasters... as theres nothing better than 3 denied armor saves at 12" [well, there is something better, but that involves moving the crisis suits to be bodyguards for the 'Els.. why? because the one thing better than 3 denied armor save is: 3 denied armor saves, at BS4!![TA, and HWMT on each]]
