Hello everyone, I have been considering starting an army builder for a while now, and i thought, if the marines have one, why can't we? So, here goes nothing!
When requesting an army please use the following sheet
1) How many points?
2) What units do you want (i.e C'Tan, Monolith, Pariahs etc.)
3) Do you want a tournament style list, built to win, or a casual "don't care if I win or lose" list, or some where in between?
4) What units should I NOT include?
5) Anything else I should know?
So start requesting!
(Note: if anyone wants to help please PM me)

Necrons-Currently building, finished by feb with any luck.
Well personally I don't know if an army builder is as necessary for 'crons as we have far fewer options available. (upgrades especially). Often when a new player comes knocking it's a matter of figuring out what play style they want (shooty, assault, balanced, speed, tough) from there Necrons are rather straightforward.
Building an army and testing what works what doesn't and what you like to use no matter how well it works is part of the hobby I've never liked the thoughts of pre-fabricated lists.
i'll give it a go.
i'm kinda new but i've looked through the cron forms a bit and picked up a few tactics(dont have much experence agenst stuff other than Dark angles, yet)
i want to know what would be good against Plague Marines, sine i own the codex but i play marines alot
Lots of shots from destroyers and Immortals will kill a few every round and a well placed particle whip can destroy full squads.
In close combat a Nightbringer or a Deceiver can kill about a squad a turn. Keep the plague marines far enough away that they can't engage in close combat. They are seen as the worst cult choice in close combat but against Necrons even they are superior to our choices.
Well basicaly, i want to build up a necron army, and here are the details:
What units:I've only got 12 wariors, 3 scarab bases and 1 lord with res orb
What units not to include: NO MORE SCARAB BASES BECAUSE THEY SUCK!!!
and i was wondering if you have any suggestions on wat i should get next
can you suggest me for a cheap and assulty kind of type of army for necrons
