I'm going to assume that you are starting the game with only the warrior squads on the table and everything else in the WWP, if this is wrong please correct me.
The first and largest problem i see with this list is the lack of troops. With troops being the only things that score now you are leaving yourself open to what you have becoming eliminated early in the game and as a result having to play on the backfoot to save what you do have left after the portal deployment.
When playing a WWP list I have generally found that by the end of the third turn (I go second so it isn't until the bottom hte the third that i get my troops on the board) that 75-90% of my deployment squads have been destroyed. From there normally my footsloggers do get ignored as there are more important targets on the board. This was during 4th ed. In 5th your squads are going to have a bit better survival at first but they will also come under heavier fire later in the game because they are still a threat to the enemy as they are the thing that can win the game for you.
To remedy this i would advice swapping a wych squad for a raider squad and then perhaps the incubi for wyches although this suggestion is more up to you.
I'm also not sure on your Ravagers, as they just don't gel that well with the large contingent of CC troops, but their additional firepower could very well decimate squads that other things can't reach so they might be a good addition. Play with it and find out.
Dear Game Developer,Caps-Lock, its like cruise-control for AWESOMENESS!

WWP and other Dark Eldar how to
I am not sure that lack of troops is the problem here –
• 6 HQ
• 16 Elites
• 56 Troops
• 2 Heavy Support models
That’s over two thirds of the models that are troops with 12 Kill Points and I agree that the portal deployment squads are going to get mauled but one game plan to me would be to use the hidden Dark Lance squads as objective takers.
Depending on luck and playing style this could well work.
In a controversy the instant we feel anger we have already ceased striving for the truth, and have begun striving for ourselves.
Apart from the Agoniser on the HQ this looks OK. I'm not too fond of ravagers in portal lists as they tend to make the portals a really expensive delivery system with not that much to deliver, but its not the end of the world and the list could certainyl do well. I'd say switchthe Ago on your Dracon for a punisher and you're set.
I'd be slightly worried about low troops, but theres not much you can do there.
