Welcome to Librarium Online!
Here's my first little Eldar list
Jetbike, Singing Spear, Doom
6 Fire Dragons 96
8 Striking Scorpions 180
Exarch - Stalker, Shadowstrike, Claw
9 Dire Avengers 265
Exarch - Dual catapults, Bladestorm
Mounted in a Wave Serpent with Scatterlaser and Spirit Stones
3 Jetbikes 76
3 Jetbikes 76
Scatterlaser, Holo-fields, Spirit Stones
The Farseer follows the Avenger Serpent, dooming the squad upon which Bladestorm will be unleashed, while Scorpions soon follow, hacking 'n slashing the leftovers. The Jetbikes pour even more fire on to the doomed squad, and act as a last turn objective snatchers. Falcon and the Dragons are my main tank-busters *d'oh* and Scaterlasers take out the smaller tanks/side armour. I don't know if I should drop the Dragons and add more Jetbikes, plus switch the lasers for EMLs ? Any ideas?

I think the farseer would do better for you than the autarch. Singing spears are decent anti-armor and doom is absolutely amazing. If you give him a jetbike, he'll have no problem chasing down vehicles and staying in range for doom. If you can't find the points, it won't be that big of a deal. Now in 5th, you can cast psychic powers that don't rely on line of sight from inside of transports. Chucking the spear or assaulting vehicles will be a little more challenging, though.
Your wave serpents need spirit stones. I never field my transports without them. They are pretty key.
3 squads of DAs is kinda bland, but I guess it works. We don't have a whole lot of options for massing troop choices in 1k points as mech, unless you take a bunch of small jetbike squads. I'd probably drop one DA squad and add a different aspect in a transport just to have some flexibility and variation, but that's just my opinion.
The AT should be fine (especially if you put in a farseer with a singing spear) as you won't see many armies with more than 2 vehicles at 1k points. If you know you'll be facing more, then you'll want to add in some more AT. One way that you can save points is to take EMLs instead of bright lances, as the lance bonus is only really useful against land raiders. Most other things are either immune, or have side armor that you can shoot at. With the mobility of the wave serpent, you should have no issues getting around to the side. It also gives you some flexibility, as you can shoot plasma if you don't have any vehicles/MCs to launch krak at.
