Also if playing against a tank heavy army was thinking of changing some raveners and a lictor for another sniperfex.

Okay, just a couple of fixer-uppers.
One, what do you plan to do? whats the rough plan( dont make a in depth plan, as it'll turn to shit the moment you start playing) of your army?
the hive tyrant looks alright. not sure about the lashwhip/bonesword, but hey, if thats what you want.
acid maw is not very neccisary, as the HT already hits easily in the first place, and with four attacks, he wont take down a squad for a while. Increased to six with double scytals and bioplasma instead of acid maw and BS/LW, plus one for the charge, and you can slice and dice much more.
also, you could model implant attack but not use it every battle, so that if theres an army with some multi-wound mongers, your HT could bust em without much resistance.
Your warriors are too eratic. ranged warriors are sitting ducks out in the open, which is why you dont put them in melee groups, and vice versa. make them all melee with leaping or shooty, and increase their survivability by puting them together in on brood. The warriors are too juicy targets when theres not many, and BAM! synaptic web is gone in an instant. If melee is your choice, ExtCar is a must. if shooty, get em in cover quick and hammer away!
Only one zoey is wierd...more would be ideal, two (or even three if you think its neccesary) create a synapse web thats far harder to break.
Sniperfex is fine, and will earn its points.
More troops would be ideal, as there is only four minimal groups to hold objectives (most people choose broods of 16+ at least). smart opponents will destroy these soon to rob you of the match. more spineys and termys would be good. ExtCara on the hormies will make no diffence as most guns cancel 5+ with their AP.
Blord and stealers are fine. just get more troops to protect them.
The lictors and raveners are trivial. most people shun them because they are the epitome of "Nerfed". I recomend getting rid of these for some winged warriors and more troops.
Of course, these are thoughs and evaluations gathered from the popular and effective views of nids, coupled with my own thoughs.
I hope this helps!
P.S: doesn't it piss you off when it takes ages for people to stumble upon your thread! Glad i got here now and not later! I recommend joining "The tyranid hive" (search it up), its got more nid players on it more of the time, and quicker results are gained.
This thread is unclean brothers! PURGE IT WITH FLAME!
