Looks good, though I'd change a few things here and there.
As a lot of people will tell you, Powerklaws are pretty much mandatory for boyz mobs, so I'd put one in each. Taking two out of the nob mob would work, because regular nobs are mostly good for damage soak.
This next one is personal pref, but putting a burna a in a kommando squad is always fun. I'd definitely keep the big shoota though, it's great for pot-shotting back armor.

    hmm...

I like your newer list a lot better than the first, but there are still a few things I'd change:

The warboss really needs a cybork body, or else he's going to be torn up by power weapons. I'd also consider giving both warbosses some 'eavy armor. It's cheap and effective when used on independent characters.

For the points, I'd cut out 4 grotts and 1 runtherd. 26 grotts and 2 runtherds will still be more than effective.

I don't like using units of 2-4 deffkoptas. Only one casualty will force a panic check that they'll likely fail. I'd use one unit of 5 deffkoptas instead. If you want, you could even use a single deffkoptas by itself, if you like. I only use deffkoptas in units of 5 or 1, nothing else.

Otherwise the list looks fine. Good luck!
