Welcome to Librarium Online!
Alright, so I've finally gotten myself 3000 pts.
My only question is, should i swap out the second looted wagon for a 30 strong grot mob, or leave as is? Also, any other suggestions would be helpful

The title is basically my advice in a nutshell. Your units, especially the units of nobz, will be crippled unless they have bosspoles. A single bad turn of rolling and you'll have to make a panic check with leadership 7, which you only have a 58% chance of passing. A bosspole effectively increases your odds to 84%. I'd never use nobz without one. In the case of the meganobz, who can't take a bosspole on their own, you need to give one to the warboss attached to them. Normally it's best to keep the bosspole on the unit, but this is an exception, since the unit can't take one.
You're going overboard with the armor plates. All they do is changed a 'stunned' result to a 'shaken' result, allowing you to move that turn. Unless the vehicle's a transport, it doesn't make sense. Does it really matter if your looted wagon moves every single turn or not? I'd honestly drop them from everything. It's not a good upgrade. Grott riggers are a lot better, although I wouldn't give the looted wagons them either. The only thing I'd give the looted wagons, beside the boomgun, is a second gun, so they can do something even if their main gun is destroyed.
Grabba klaws aren't very good at all. Wrecking balls are far more effective, although the deffrollas are best, and most likely enough on their own.
What's the point of the red battlewagon? It's outfitted like a transport, but there's nothing to transport. I'd either cut it out of the list entirely, or reduce one of the units of 30 boyz to 20, so they can ride inside.
I wouldn't use an SAG. What the list really needs is a kustom force field. Without one, those units of 30 boyz will be annihilated by ordnance and barrage weapons.
Last but not least, the warboss should only cost you 115 points (that's including a bosspole). The mega armor comes with a powerklaw and twin linked shoota, so you don't have to pay for it again.
"Any job worth doing, is worth doing with a powerklaw."
