Heres my 1500 eldar army list. It's by no means perfect, and it needs some suggestions. Mostly to fill up the 60 spare points, and maybe some sort of fast attack?
Equipment + Psychic Powers: Singing Spear, Spirit Stones, Guide, Doom.
Avatar – The Slayer of Eldanesh
Harlequin Troupe Cirque du Lune
4 Harlequins, all with HKs, 1 Shadowseer.
Fire Dragon Squad Anaris
4 Fire Dragons, 1 exarch with firepike and Tank hunters
Dire Avenger Squad - The Swords of Vaul
9 Dire avengers, 1 Exarch with dual shruiken catapults and Bladestorm.
Wave Serpent Transport
With Twin linked elder missile launcher, Shruiken cannon and spiritstones.
Guardian Squad Lileath
8 Guardians, 1 weapons team with Starcannon.
8 Guardians, 1 weapons team with Starcannon
Support weapon Battery
6 guardians, with 2 d-cannons and 1 vibro cannon.
2 flamers, Wraithsword, Scatter laser.
Fire Prism Kurnous
Shruiken Cannon, Spirit Stones.
Per 162 points you get 5 Harlequins + 1 Shadowseer.
Fire Dragons are very likely to penetrate any and all vehicles with their Fusion Gun, that is why they don't need Tank Hunters. Their worst enemy is their BS of 4 making 1/3 of them missing when they stay next to the vehicle (such a shame for lifetime fighting Aspect Warriors...), so instead of these 15 points you get another Fire Dragon per 16, and he is going to do more.
The Firepike is rarely useful as well - if you are shooting only with Exarch, the enemy can Cover Save his vehicle on 4+, and usually that is the latest turn of Fire Dragons' lives.
And, in your configuration they cost 115. The firepike is, I think, 8 points waste, but I have to admit it looks sooooo cool...
Above all, they're effective range is 12" (I would even say, that 6... - Dire's Tactical Ego), ther Toughness is 3, they are not numerous, do not have Jump Pakcs or whatever and have Armour Save of 4+ - sending them on foot is pleading enemy of wiping them and ensuring enemies' vehicles safety.
Some would say, that Starcannon is not useful anymore, with 2 shots on BS 3, and Cover 4+ all around giving you less than 50% chance of killing anything in single volley. If you like it and your enemy employs often Terminators or something, you may, but usually Scatter Laser (many shots) and Eldar Missile Launcher (frag & krak!) are better.
D-Cannons have sall blasts, are short-ranged and extremely inaccurate. And you rarely can hide Heavy Platforms at all. Maybe Vibro-Cannons, because ignore LoS Cover... but do not ignore saves... and are not useful against vehicles anymore. If you veeery like them...
Scatter Laser is not good Weapon for Wraithlord. He should be able to do some Tank Hunt. What about Bright Lance? Many give him both Lance and Missile Launcher. Two Flamers are fine. Wraithsword is useful rather when your enemies are true CC monsters.
Prisms work best when paired.
Prisms should always be taken in pairs. May want to drop the wraithlord for the extra one. If you keep the wraithlord, I would suggest dropping the sword and moving points to get a second gun ( EML+BL combo is awesome ). You could also drop the prism for a second wave serpent or a falcon for the dragons.
Your support weapons all have to be the same type. Also, I'll echo the sentiment that fire dragons, while devastating, need to be in a transport to survive and actually do their job. While prisms are awesome, I'd swap the prism for a falcon and use it to transport the dragons (as well as giving you a bit of anti-MC from the pulse laser).
Support weapons need to be the ame types...? Seit wann?
Thanks guys, I really appreciate all the help
I hope to have a reworked list in time for tommorow
A battery of 1-3 support weapon platforms (i.e. one heavy support choice) all have to be the same type, though you could take 3 different batteries with different guns.
