It works but there's some things I'd definitely change.
Lord: Lose the scythe (he's not assaulting). Lose the Phylactery (random use of pts). Lose the phase shifter too (if it's a REAL bad CC keep him out of it). With my lord I run a res orb and that's it. 140pts for the support lord is more than enough.
Warriors: I would only do 3 squads of 10 in a 1500 point game. My general rule is 10 warriors per 500pts of game. So 40 at 2k, etc.
Scarabs work best in 'larger' numbers. I would join those squads to make 6. And if you want tank glancing abilities I'd go with destroyers and lose the Dfields. Use the scarabs for weak units and to tie up BAD assault units.
2 Monoliths: WOO HOO, it's clobberin time!
Lastly, without crunching the numbers 5-6 destroyers is always something that can humble an opponent. If you can get at least 4 from the points you free up, I think you'd be happy. I like 6 (2 squads of 3) personally because it helps them get WBB with a higher number. You also ended at 1481 initially, you should drop another warrior in there...you had the pts.
