    This is the new army i made and hopefully its balanced and competitive. If u can plz share any advice on how i can make this army better.

    a bit confued

    - who is the warphead with
    - burna boyz cant take a trukk. but you could put them in a battlewagon or looted wagon
    - what are the boyz mobs armed with?

    Adjustments

    The overall structure of the list is good, I'd just cut off some fluff and make a few adjustments:

    You've loaded the trukks up too much. Remember, all the opponent has to do is cough on them and they'll explode. The best thing you can do is keep them cheap and hide them behind terrain. Always use a ram (it opens up the entire board to you), and red paint is fine if you like it, but take the armor plates and boarding planks off all the trukks. If you're that close to the enemy, you need to leave the trukk, because it's almost certainly going to be shot and destroyed on your opponent's turn otherwise.

    In face, I'd cut the armor plates off of everything that has them. Remember, all it does is allow you to move if you're stunned. That really doesn't come up that often, and certainly not worth the points, and on vehicles that aren't transports (killa kans and looted boomgun) it's pointless.

    never use 2 different weapons in the same unit of killa kans. That'll severely limit their effectiveness, then most things you want to shoot with one won't be particularly vulnerable to the other. Either give them both grotzookas, both rokkits, or split them into 2 different units of 1 killa kan each. Personally, I always use kustom mega blastas, since orks need help dealing with terminators and monstrous creatures.

    Use the freed up points to:

    Bring the unit of 27 boyz up to 30, with a third big shoota.

    Add 2 deffkoptas to the unit of deffkoptas. I always run them in units of 5 or 1. 2-4 will be running after only one casualty. Get 5 if you can, and in any case, always outflank with them.

    Improve the unit of 7 nobz. In order to be effective, nobz really need a painboy, cybork and a waughh banner. The cybork is a lot more important than 'eavy armor, otherwise enemies with power weapons will tear them to pieces. If you don't want to spend that many points, I'd just use a regular unit of trukkboyz instead, and make the meganobz a troop choice. You could also stand to add another nob or two to the unit.

    If you do keep the unit of 7 nobz (with painboy, cybork and wauugh banner), then I'd actually put Ghazghkull with them instead of the meganobz. This will give him feel no pain, and the regular nobz will benefit a lot more from his help than the meganobz will.
