Striking Scorpions 8
-Twin-linked Eldar missile launcher
I'm fairly new to 40k, so I'm looking for any criticism of this list. Although I've sacrificed speed and mobility for firepower, I believe it's still a formidable army. Really want to improve it, so any comments will help.

I would say your farseer almost needs to have fortune to get the most out of your wraithguard unit. I like the fact that you put in a melee unit to help keep the wraithguard out of prolonged combats. I feel that you are lacking AT that is either fast or long ranged. Perhaps you could drop the rangers and get a small group of fire dragons to go in the wave serpent instead of the scorpions. I'm not convinced it would be a great fix as that would leave you with only 2 troops. You could change the rangers to a storm guardian squad with fusion guns for more close range AT ( they could even run in the wave serpent for some speed ) but they are fragile and not a very good BS.
Oh last thing as your farseer and warlock are probably going to be with the wraithguard all the time I'd drop the spears. Anything that gets within 12" is going to die to wraith cannon fire and the extra couple fo swings could help in melee.
I feel as though the Serpent is out of place. As your soul vehicle it will be shot down to the enemy AT fire very quickly, doesn't have anything to transport that really needs it, (scorps can infiltrate or outflank and will probably chill with the wraithguard to help them stay out of combat anyway.)
I'd suggest in its place a battery of D-cannons, That keeps with your Infantry theme, gives you longer range anti tank, and can really add alot more power to your fire base.
