hi guys this is my first post so will probaly come out wierd
im gonna get a second hand cron army off a reletive for £85 it is
1 necron lord
5 scarab swarms
i havnt yet got the book and hav only flicked through so i wud like any help for my army anything missing that might help vs tyranids eldar and spacemarines
all feedback welcome thx
I would recommend another box of warriors when you get a chance, 2 wraiths isn't going to do much and 3 destroyers is kinda minimal as well. I like 6+ destroyers myself. The 2 monoliths and deceiver will get you some fun options, but be wary of fielding 2 monoliths and a deceiver in anything less than 2k+ battles. That's alot of non necron points which can phase you out quick.

ok thanks for the tip
I would consider grabbing a battleforce along with that lot. Gives you enough warriors to fill out most games, AND some extra to do conversions with for Flayed ones/immortals.
Another wraith to fill out that squad perhaps. And tomb spdyers, you can't have too many of those.
Dark trainer makes a good point about the C'tan/mono pair up. It can be FUN but many players are smart enough to get around crap like that. Necrons are a bit of a tough army atm, so it might take a little learning to use them correctly. But it's very much worth the effort.
Also, full words and sentences would be appreciated Welcome to LO.
This belongs in the army list section
Spambot kill tally. . .337
does the ressurection orb for the lord stop phase outs?
Sort of? But indirectly
Resurrection orb helps WBB which in turn, keeps you from phasing out. It's a very strong piece of wargear, and very much a good buy for most Necron lists you can make (outside of using c'tan as your HQ).
Between a res orb, and using monoliths as giant necton recyclers, you can make lists that are silly difficult to kill off.
i have decided to get battleforce and a squad of wraiths takin all your advice into account i will only use 2 monoliths and deciever against my tyranid friend because they scare him more than anything
