Strong list as a whole. You have plenty of phase out I'd think (they do have to kill 45 Necrons for it).
Really not a big fan of large necron warrior squads, I would consider knocking all of them up to 12 squad (taking extra bodies form the 20-man). Also 20 models is way too many to try and safely deepstrike the way you're looking too. The chances of scattering putting you on terrain are heavily increased (it's hard enough to do with 10-12 man squads. VoD is far more useful in a support roll with warriors, maneuvering to positions you might otherwise have trouble getting to. Gauss flayers can be put out of shooting range by a mild scatter from the DS, leaving you in the range of enemy counterattacks and getting nothing done yourself. (I always try to keep about 6-8 inches away from terrain and enemy soldiers when Veiling to avoid scatter mishaps)
How are your destroyers organized? I feel at 2.5k 3-man squads would be eliminated so effortlessly by enemy heavy weapons that it's a moot point. 4-5 man squads sound more effective, but with the number of tomb spyders this could be a non-issue.
the only reason the warrior squad is 20 is because the lord will be veiling around with that unit and I thought 10 would be vunerable to counter shoot/assault wyping all warriors out so they cant get wbb In conclusion I think youre right.A for the destroyers,In kp I use a unit of 5 and a unit of 4. In anything else, I use one unit behind my warriors in the centre and 2 units on each flank to hunt side armour of tanks or pick off 4+ save units without cover. Each flank is supported by a tomb spyder.By the way, what would you think of me dropping 10 warriors for 10 flayed ones or even 20 warriors for flayed ones

Never undervalue FO's thats all I say
eg: A friend underestimated a squad of 8 FO's and they took down his squad of chaos bikers, his lord and a deamon prince (my FO's had a good day that day ) lol
There is no "I" in "team", there is an "I" in "pie" however, as in "Meat Pie" with "Meat" being an anogram of "Team".
cheers guys.Ive changed the list
