Most you probably already know the story so here's the lists, me and my partner came up with. I hope they compliment each other (they seem to on paper).
Dire avengers 9 man, exarch with shimmer shield and power weapon
Wave serpent, TL Bright lance, star engines, spirit stones
2 fire prisms, Holo fields, stones
1 wraithlord – scatter laser + wraith sword
For those who might take interest, or are at least familiar with the 2 codexes the list it'll be allied with is here...
Wyche lord (drachite), drugs, and agoniser
3X10 wyches 3xblsaters, wyche weapons, plasma grenades, agoniser&drug succubi
3Xraiders, slave snares
2X4 man jetbike unit agoniser, succubi, and 2 blasters (1 in each)
Nah, that's fluffy list and alliance... Well... at least if there were any Guardians and Warriors.
Tell me, Girlhunter, just in case Eldrad needed, is this Drachite pretty?
Okay, as it comes to list - solid Troops, but without maximum punch usable in connection with Eldrad. I'd suggest Guardians (the thing that works best with Eldar psychic powers is numbers) or even more avengers in exchange for your two times point overloaded heavy support. You also lack anti-tank support, that DE will not make up for (as this is Wych cult).
You should pair your skills up. What he can is:
a) be fast as hell
b) eradicate infantry untis with his numerous troops
c) take some Ravangers or Taloses! So cheap, so powerful!
d) again eradicate infantry with bikes (too many of these)
a) the only is, as always, that he's softer than warm butter.
So your specialisations possible:
a) be tough like hell
b) shoot like hell
c) provide punchy shooting troops
d) provide units that will cleanse a board off of enemys that would otherwise clean it of those lamish Wyches after their consolidation
And eldarite traits as good as always:
a) be fast like hell
b) destroy anything you want before being destroyed
One of you should help another. So I would see there no unmounted grunts (only Jetbikes and falcon/Serpent-mounted), (at least) one unit of Dragons to take the most dangerous vehicle (predator in cover with dual lascannons and twin autocannon is too dangerous to have only 3 lances for him, they won't be possibly enough because of cover, and prisms have better tasks) and mechanised Guardians/Avengers.
Consider Attaching your independent character to his units, just as his Drachite would be best used if protected your Avengers with Shimmershield, PW & Defend. 10s of Wyches won't be beaten without his help unless oponnent bring something really scary... and then not troops unit should take it down, but shooting. You should be tough, be fast, and shooty, as every real speed freak should.

in terms of heavy tanks, all the raiders have (come with actually) dark lances, and the serpent has one to, also their are 3 blasters, a 12" lance, but a lance nonetheless. The wyches will also be fitted with haywire granades.
We want to be broken with Eldrad by guiding and fortuning the DE (it just says ELdar unit! and well they're eldar, just their Darker kin) even though the directors probably would get pissed at that one. As said before the guy loves eldrad and I dont know why, but I thought about it and went, hmmm he dooms a squad and my wyches with their pitiful str. 3 can re-roll to wound.
i like the talos to, but you cant use one in Wyche cult =(. Everyone keeps telling me I need dissy Ravagers, but I dont own a ravager or else I would! I bumped the jet bike squads to 5 each and they're just there because just like the wyches they're great in assualt. Also they're our half-way across the table first turn distraction.
He whittles down I finish off. I'm going to test the DE side of the list today, and if my buddy's there have him test his out as well. Be back to tell you the good or bad news!
Lances-are-weapon-for-Marines. This is mon-keigh wepaon since 5 edition. All kinds of Eldar want not only cheap and small unit, but also a unit that will do that efficiently. I think bikes will have better charge targets than wasting blasters to futily try to destroy a tank! But whatever you wish.
Heavy Support transports could nevertheless be great.
And I'd suggest you put some Wyches in Wave Serpent with Star Engines so that on turn 1 it speeds all along and is much tougher than Raider (let's be serious, you rarely charge on turn 1 and never with all three of them). On turn two they disembark and charge.
While Avengers shooting from the platform of Raider seem just pretty to me.
We tied for 3rd. I had to replace the jetbikes with 2 ravagers (found some, woo!)
dawnof war, secure & control 9the d3 objective one)
eldar, marines = slaughter (ravagers dissys did it here)
annihilation, dawn of war
Guard (raining men), CSM = lost by 1 kill point. (rauders weak armor did it here)
spearhead, capture&control (the 1 objective in each zone one)
CSM (tzurgle), CSM (khorne)=draw (pathfinders did it here)
not happy with game 2 result but what are you gonna do, I'm going with my nids next time.
Fire prisms did a lot Eldar players, so did dire avengers in my raider (took your advice dire it was funny to see the look on our opponents faces when we did that )
