Welcome to Librarium Online!
This is my first 40k list in YEARS and based on what figures i have more than what i would like in there. I know im going to catch flack for the big units of warriors but they work really nice for pumping out lots of fire.

Hey Welcome to LO! and welcome back to 40K an' the Necrons Von Muller.
Having 4 units of 10 warriors will give them just as much firepower, that you can split up more efficiently, and is more likely to survive in the long run. Having half as many warriors tied up in an assault is decidedly in our benefit.
You should find room somewhere for more destroyers, one squad of three will not likely make it past turn 2 shooting phase. Alternatively swap them out for something else. More anti-assault or anti-tank units might be helpful.
The reason I went for big units of warriors was the rule that I necrons can only put 2 troop units into play at the start of a game and could only bring the remaining units in through a monolith and if that gets popped then i cant get them into the game. is that right?
No, you can put any number of warrior squads (up to the max of 6) on the field when you begin play, you have the OPTION to bring squads through the monolith, but only if you already have two squads on the field.
