Hey Yall. This is my first list! Im using the contents of the battle force and havent glued anything so do what you want with it. I dont want to buy anything extra to add to this list yet. I play Necrons mostly.

I would change the Venom Cannon on the Tyranid Warriors for 1 Barbed Strangler instead. You also should consider giving your genestealers Extended Carapace as well. Otherwise, they're gonna get, what I like to call...bolter-raped. You might have to subtract a genie or maybe a couple of gaunts/hormagaunts to pay for them, but you want the genies to live and be able to make it into close combat.
Thanks for the tips! But may i ask why would you bring the barbed strangler over the Venom Cannon against MEQs? Sorry if the answer is obvious but im new to the game. Oh and i was recommended to make the Fex a CC fex instead. Because if i take down the Cron's in Close Combat, they cant get back up. ???

Warriors are very bad shooters. If you don't upgrade their BS, they hit on 5's. I'd rather use the Barbed Strangler because your chances of hitting are slightly better, and when you do hit, you can potentially hit 5-8 guys with that big blast template. Just make sure to give the warrior with the BS Toxin Sacs.
With CC-fexes, you always want to take them in pairs. With a pair, you can trap him so that he has no where to go. Otherwise your enemy will just move away from you, all the while firing. Worst yet, if his Necron Lord takes Veil of Darkness, he and his unit can just teleport away, even while locked in close combat. You'd never reach him. And if his lord takes a Resurrection Orb (they almost always do...it's just too good), they'll still get to make their We'll Be Back rolls even against a carnifex in CC. But with your dakkafex, 8 S6 shots with re-rolls on to hit and wound rolls is just too good.

8 Gaunts: Fleshborers, WON - 72 pts.
8 Hormagaunts: Adrenal Glands (+1WS)
Heavy Support - Carnifex: Enhanced Senses, Flesh Hooks, 2 Twin Linked Devourers.
No good: you have to buy Toxin Sacs for the whole brood (not just one model) as it is a biomorph rather than a weapon.
Doing it right will put you at 507.
