Personally I feel you're too spread out. focus more on having a few units with higher numbers so they survive longer.

Heavy Destroyers will be able to punch through all the big nasty tanks IG field, I'd say take them with. In fact drop your standard destroyers and field two more.

Not sure how well monolith works on IG, they can have a LOT of lascannons. Be careful about where you position it. I'd field it but don't be overly upset if it gets cut down early.

Hard to say if you want the VoD or not, pulling your lord away from the warriors leaves them as battlecannon-fodder, which you really just cannot afford to have happen.

I'd drop they standard destroyers, grab another pair of heavies, and more scarabs, scarabs could REALLY save you by tying up a chunk of his army. (IG troops are one of the few things scarabs can reliably beat in CC, take advantage of this) your warriors and Immortals will be able to cut down most of your opponent's forces once you get in range. Good luck!

OK, so turns out I can proxy my destoyers for heavys which is nice.

So these are the models I now have to choose from.

    40 Warriors 720
    Lord and Orb 140
    Monolith 235
15 Scarabs with Disruption Fields 240
    5 Heavy Destroyers 325
    Total 1660

Decided to just keep warriors and not take immortals, I was going to convert them you see....

So what would you strip from this?

Maybe just two of the heavy destroyers?....

I'd say that you should drop one HD, distruption fields and three scarabs.

The HD's should fulfill tankhunting and the rest is for the guass to take. Scarabs can tie up his nastier cc units (like ogryns) or kill some guardsmen (like heavy weapon teams).

And i think you should be good to go
