Okay I'm having problems when I play against Eldar, usually when playing against an Eldar force heavy on Aspect Warriors(Fire Dragons,Dark Reapers,Howling Banshees as well as Swooping Hawks),Falcons and Wave Serpents with all the upgrades and Shining Spears with both Autarch and Exarch in the unit.
My list is as follows
1 c/w Res Orb and VoD and warscythe 210 pts
1 with Dest body Res Orb and Lightning Field. 195 pts
3 x 10 Warrior Squads c/w Dis Fields 600 pts
2 x 3 Destroyer Squads 300 pts
3 Heavy Destroyers divided into a unit of 2 and a unit of 1 195 pts
10 Scarab Swarms 160 pts
7 Flayed Ones 144 pts
8 Pariahs 288 pts
Please could somebody let me know the following
Where are the weaknesses in my Army?
What can I remove from the list above and add from the list below to turn defeat into Victory, also why do you recommend those changes?
Throw away one of the lords, or both and get a c'tan. If you decide to keep the VoD lord, go immortals and make a flying circus. There is a tactica around here somewhere.
Skip the pharias, they are hard to play well. And against eldar, i'd say that they are almost useless. Take another monolith instead.
Leave the heavy D at home, and go for a nightbringer to protect the warriors from banshees and spears
Skip the flayed ones and go more warriors.
That would give you something like this:
Nightbringer (Yes, he can not only blow your enemy away from assaulting. He can kill them as well )
Lord w VoD (Consider skipping the resorb. It doesn't seem like your opponent is using any S10 weapons. Skip the warschyte, he shouldn't be in cc. And if your opponent uses harlies, then you're screwed anyway. Warschyte belongs to the D lord IMO)
4X10 warrior squads (good for grabbing objectives)
8 destroyers. (Kill whatever they can.)
5 Immortals (jumping around. Like frogs )
2 monoliths (Unless he's using one or two fire prisms, he can only dream of killing one of those)
The most dangerous units for this list to face is the dragons. They can kill warriors without save. So they are Prio 1. Keep all warriors tight to benefit from the nightbringer's protection. Or else, his nasty cc units can chop the warriors into tiny bits. Monoliths should shoot at scorpions and Shining spears. Scorpions have S4, so they are prio 2. Prio 3 is the dark rapers. Destroyers and immortals should shoot at infantery or the rear of the tanks. Holofields doesn't work there. Your weakest unit is the immortals and lord. Be careful with those, especially in kp missions.
The major weakness in your list is that it doesn't know what it want to do. It's not a real fear-list without the deciver. And you've got too few warriors. A rule of thumb is at least 10 warriors/500 pts. And you haven't got anything that defends you from cc powerweapons.
And necrons are rewarded bor looking monotone on the battlefield. WBB is genious from a fluff perspective.

and for the love of the C'Tan don't give your warriors Dfields since theyre pretty much useless in 5th now, put those extra 60pts somewhere else.
other than that i agree with vissel (except for the pariahs bit )
There is no "I" in "team", there is an "I" in "pie" however, as in "Meat Pie" with "Meat" being an anogram of "Team".
Pariah is fun. But they are hard to play well. Go with them if you want to.
