This a small list put together of what I currently have. A few friends and I have started recollecting together and this is just a list in order to play some friendly games. I realise its probably not the best list, but theres where hopefully you guys can give some input in suggestions and criticism

Which lucky unit gets the wave serpent? There are two units there which desperately need it (banshees and fire dragons) and the 10 man avenger squad could really do with one as well...
I'd suggest the dragons need it most because they are utterly useless without a transport (to be effective they have to get within 6" of an enemy vehicle)
How do you intend the banshees to reach the enemy intact without a ride? In my experience everything in the enemy army that can shoot is going to make them its no. 1 priority.
About the best you can hope for here is to run them behind the guardians for a cover save and keep the farseer fortuning them, but even so there are only 6 to begin with so losing one or two is going to be a massive blow.
Heh forgot about who to attach the Wave Serpent to. Going to give it to the Fire Dragons, though with the Banshees, I actually don't know. We do play on cityfight smaller tables, using a guardian shield seems like a good opportunity >.>
I hadn't really thought much about that. Was just thinking of having them run and FoF from cover to cover till they would get into CC.
hq- this farser costs way to much. never give them that many powers. if cringe at taking 2 powers. i just take 2 seperate seers.
elites- banshees need to be a in transport, STAT! Consider making them 10 strong. If your playing a high ld army you can drop warshout.
Firedragons, get rid of crack shot, and consider dropping the exarch and pike. Since they are in tranpo you can drop them off in range.
Troops- consder making that 2nd DA squad 10 strong.
consisder dropping that warlock. 5+ isnt good enough for me to spend that many points on getting it. most of the time ur opponent ignore guardians anyways.
Transport- lose the vectored engines.
HS-thse usually do better when thre are more than 1. Also with this being ur only heavy support choice i dont see alot of room for tank killing.
Just remember, just cause u bought a battleforce doesnt mean you have to use everytthing that came with it
