Wow, Deciever and 2 Monoliths in a 1500 pt game... thats about half your army that isn't in phase out stuff. Very easy to beat, all the enemy has to do is blow the bejuzus out of the warriors and your 800 points of pure death goes away. I know a IG player that could do it by turn 2 or 3 with enough basilisks (pieplate of insta-death + no res orb = loose)

Uhhh (looks at feet) I kinda liked it...
Besides 40 warriors is plenty for PO, and almost every player I know (most arn't used to fighting Necrons) will pour all their firepower into the big scary monsters, and no a single shot at the "harmless" troops choices
Also, you have 2 Doors to let you re-roll WBBs as long as its not one of those pesky Str 8s
If I could dig up another 4 warriors, and a second monilith I was gonna try this

EDIT: And as a bonus, it is crazy fluffy (identical hordes backed up by ubiquitous monoliths and a GOD is very fitting)

I would deepstrike those monoliths if it came to dawn of war deployment, and the deceiver will be slow to get to the fight. Lascannons and other double toughness weaponry will pick your warriors off with NO WBB granted.

However, I agree 40 necrons is fine for PO.

honestly if you actiully get to the enemy this would probably be a devestating list, i mean if you slam into someone at once, youll never be stopped... very interesting list sparks alot of ideas
