This list is designed for friendly play for fun in our local gaming club. However, it need to be at least capable to make some wins also I probably will encounter: CSM, ultramars, IG, Nids, Tau, templars, dark eldars (yay!), necrons.
So, here it is:
2x Doomseer with spear
2x DA in serpents (EML, star engines), exarch (two cats, bladestorm)
5x dragons in serpent (scatters, star engines)
5x scorpions, exarch (stalker, shadow, claw)
5x spiders, exarch (two DS)
wraithlord (scatter, EML)
5x harlies, master (power weapon), shadowseer, kisses
Seers ride with avengers, harlies follow the wraithlord, scorps outflank, spiders NEVER deepstrike. I like to play with list that needs some brains and dexterity to be played right, and also the one that has a lot of interesting ways of resolving situations. I know this one lack anti-MEQ, but not 100% sure if that's too critical for me. Anyway, I would appreciate good guess what part I could drop for some more MEQ-chewing power, and what I should add instead.

Elites- Your harli squad is too small.
No star engines on dragon serpeant. Take a better weapon on it, its twin linked. yay. take spirit stones.
Scorpions- this is too small.
Troops-no star engines, take spirit stones.
Fast attack- not sure with these warpspiders.
wrathlord, its fine i suppose.
This list needs alot of revamping to even survive.
Well, 1000-pt list with almost same units survived pretty well. And even won a few times for me.
Agreed about spears. One of my farseers is with staff so I guess it won't matter a lot...
Harlies are needed only to guide wraithlord (anti-wraithsight and anti-tarpit). Maybe for tearing some small weak unit also.
Scorp squad is ok for me, they're going to outflank - big squad will be going too hard to hide in terrain.
Spiders also worked fine, again, larger squad = harder to hide.
Why no star engines and add stones? Speed means alot to eldar... And I don't see much reason in protecting against one exact damage result. Moving extra 12 inches could be very valuable, especially in last turn.
You can still prove me wrong, I'm listening Only had a few games with 1000 pt, and planing to expand my force to this one. If it's too awful - tell me.

Because 12"-18" is surely enough ona standrad 6x4 board. i personally move 12 a turn and shoot my bright lance or EML every single turn. If you have stones you still make that crucial move towards the enemy even th0ough you cant shoot. my guys are usually disemabarked and assault on turn 3 (banshees) or disembarked and blade storming on turn 2 (DA).
