Welcome to Librarium Online!
Im in the semifinals for the Ard Boys tournament, the list I ran got me in 5th and because of 2 people dropping out I was in. Id like to do better in the semis. Heres the list I ran
HQ-Tyrant, 2x Scything Talons, Acid Maw, AG +Ini and WS, Flesh Hooks, Toxin Sacs, Wings and Warp Field
6 Warriors, Rending Claws, Scything Talons, AG +Ini and WS, Extended Carapace, Flesh Hooks, Leaping and Toxin Sacs
Elite-3 Carnifexes, 2 sets of TL Devourers and +1 BS
Troops-4 broods of 12 Genestealers, Scything Talons, +1 Save and Feeder Tendrils
Heavy-3 Carnifexes, 2 sets of TL Devourers, +1 BS, +1 Wound and +1 Save
The list Im looking at running in the semis is the same as far as the elites and heavy goes, but dropping the troops down to 3 broods of 10 stealers with toxin sacs and changing the HQ to 2 broods of 9 Warriors, all equiped the same that they are now. Any feedback and corrective critisism is welcomed, thanks in advance.
Hey I see no one reponded to your list and I felt kind of bad. I don't know as much as some about Tyranids specifically but I'll try.

I strongly suggest getting a walking tyrant with venom cannon and barbed strangler. Also give him 3 tyrant guards. That will give you a ten wound model that will be able to pop light tanks and easily take care of a large number of troops with his pie plates. Keep you flyrant, but add the walker somewhere.
The Great Plague meets The Devourer of The Galaxy. What does that make us?
Firstly I would suggest dropping the winged hive tyrant, at this points level I think it would die very quickly.
Your list completely lacks anti tank, I would suggest 3 gunfexes (barbed strangler, venom cannon and enhanced senses) for heavy support and 3 boomfexes (barbed strangler and scything talons) for elites.
2 walking Hive tyrants with devourers would provide you with some good ranged anti infantry firepower.
For your troops, without number gaunts are essential for objective holding so I would add at least one brood.
I would also swap that warrior brood you have for some raveners, to provide you with a fast moving close combat punch.
