This is my first army, so I need a little help.
Warscythe, Gaze of Flame, Phase Shifter, Resurrection Orb, Chronometron 205
Resurrection Orb, Phase Shifter 170
6 Pariahs 216
5 Flayed Ones 90
3 x 3 Destroyers 450
2 x 10 Troops 360
My idea is that I group my Lord with the warscythe with the Flayed Ones, and follow it with the Pariahs for CC. The Lord/Flayed Ones engage, causing leadership tests each round of combat while the Pariahs Soulless reduces leadership to 7, Gaze of Flame brings it to 6. The Pariahs and Necron Lord's Warscythes toss salad.
While this is going on, I keep my second lord close to my destroyers and troops while they destroy stuff from a distance, giving them the resurrection orb bonus

sorry but u can only have 100 pts of wargear (unless warscythe dosen't count, not sure)
1. you should have your first necron lord in the pariahs unit
2. get 6 flayed ones instead of 5
3. maybe some heavy destroyers? will come in handy if you come across some tanks.
4. scarab swarms? these little guys could save your necron warriors 1 to 3 turns and in that time they could be in combat. everyone knows necrons aren't good in combat
To get the points for that maybe drop the second necron lord and if you have spare pts get two more necron warriors. (Not sure about calculations don't have a calculator on me but should be enough pts.) If not right calculations drop point 2 or Chronometron. (Not much point when with pariahs.)
Good luck and welcome to LO.
Perkaset, Welcome to LO, and to the Necron Tomb!
I'd cut down to just one lord, field the army as a phalanx with the Flayed ones and Pariahs in the center until you (or they) get within charging range, and use your fear combo to engage their combat units.
Enlarge your Flayed one squad, if you want them being a front-line combat unit you should have 8+, or two squads of 5-6.
We can only take one phase shifter however it's 100pts of wargear, and the warscythe is separate making a Lord's max cost 210.
Personally since you have Pariahs in there, I wouldn't bother with the scythe on your lord, not many units get invuln saves that you'd need it around.
On your Pariahs, remember that they're the shooting equivalent of Immortals, so you want to start getting their shots out early. Giving them a warrior/flayed one screen would really help them survive shooting though. Tough as they are, WBB is very strong against shooting, especially with a res-orb, and the cover save other units grant your Pariahs will keep them in much better shape.
I'll sum up all my thoughts.
HQ: Drop the second lord, remove warscythe from the first.
Elt: Double your number of flayed ones
Trp: get a 3rd squad of 10 in case you run into objective games.
FA: drop one destroyer, then field two squads of 4, this will save you a handful of points without losing too much efficiency. Remember to keep those two destroyer squads within 6" for WBB coverage! They are your fire support and you cannot afford to lose them.
