    1850 Speed Freaks List

It's been a while since I put one of my lists up on the board, so I thought I'd put together my present friendly speed freaks list. It's nob-free, and packed full of shootiness.

Grax, I'm always amused by your army list. You tend to preach a tactic and yet be one move ahead of it with your own lists.

I do have two questions about this army list. First, what good is an ammo runt with a SAG? And second, why don't you split your six rokkit buggies into three groups of two rather than two groups of three? I know that will give you one more KP, but it gives you more flexability and forces the enemy to address more targets?

    Just wondering...

    Hmm...

One step ahead of myself? If you say so. ^_^

If you check the 5th edition rulebook, you'll find that when using a weapon that scatters in combination with an ability that allows you to re-roll to hit, you may re-roll all the scatter dice (but you must re-roll them all, both the 2d6 and the hit/direction die). With a BS of 2, the re-roll is very nice.

One word in response to the rokkit buggy question: Chaos Marines.

Okay, that probably needs more explanation. Consistently, the toughest fights for me at tournaments are the Chaos Marines, especially the lists filled with lash, obliterators, and berserkers in land raiders. It's difficult enough, but in annihilation missions, where he has almost HALF the kill points I do, it's a nightmare. I've found the only way to stand a chance is to cut down the kill points as much as I can.
