Hi guys, I've pretty much chosen my list, just wanting the all clear from you!
HQ - Farseer w/ Doom, Runes of Warding (with Banshees)
10 DA w/ Exarch (Twin Cats, Bladestorm) in Wave Serpent with Shuricannon, EML, Sprit Stones
10 DA w/ Exarch (Twin Cats, Bladestorm) in Wave Serpent with Shuricats, BL, Spirit Stones
9 Howling Banshees inc. Exarch (Executioner, Acrobatic, Warshout) in Wave Serpent with Shuricannon, EML, Spirit Stones
Heavy Support -
3 Dark Reapers inc. Exarch (Tempest Launcher, Crack Shot)
Comments and criticism welcomed. I took Warshout because I couldn't find anything else to do with the points, although it's not going to be too useful vs CSM.

Get runes of warding, they can be a life saver against lash and other powers from chaos marines. Could find the points by dropping a shuriken cannon or two. Otherwise seems decent, be wary of deepstriking units with flamers or combiflamers they could clean out the reapers and the rangers quickly.
Sorry, the Farseer DOES have runes of Warding in the above list. I will edit it.
The sad thing is I don't have a third Fire Prism next. And I already have 6 heavy support options (3 WL, 3 War Walkers, 2 Prisms, Dark Reapers).
The reason I'm not so worried about anti tank is that the guy I'm playing things tanks are rubbish and barely ever takes them. He shocked everyone last week by taking a Land Raider and I think that's probably a once a year type thing for him.
I did originally want to have 4 Dark Reapers in the list and then I realised I hadn't put Spirit Stones on the Wave Serpents so he had to go...
I loaded my three Wave Serpents with a pretty balanced selection of weapons - one with TwLinked BL and 2 with TwLinked EML and Shuricannon. This gives them decent firepower when moving combat - I love how the EML counts as defensive when I fire plasma. My fourth Wave Serpent will have Bright Lances.
Your reaper squad is 147 points... 33 short of a 3 strong war walker squad with scatters that are much more powerful IMO against troops and light armour alike.
Just something I would like to point out, knowing that you do have walkers, but if you like reapers more than perhaps it is the right choice for you. =)
Are walkers better against MEQ though?
If they hang back in cover, yes. They just put out so many high S shots. Rolling tons of saves is quickly becoming the best way to kill MEQs, since cover is so prevalent.
In his list he does have the tempest launcher with crack shot, which is pretty much a marine killing machine that ignores cover saves. I've taken it against marines and I think I've averaged 10 marines dead a game with it, and this is against a semi-mech list. You should have a hay-day with it against a slogging list, provided he doesn't have too much long range stuff to kill you with.If they hang back in cover, yes. They just put out so many high S shots. I would recommend that you take the reapers if you are confident that he doesn't have much long range anti-troop (like plasma cannons) or if you can use your tank effectively to block off the line of sight of his long range guns. Otherwise the walkers will still pour out a pretty respectable amount of fire, and they will be more mobile and have a better chance of surviving.
So basically don't take the reapers unless you have a specific strategy in mind to ensure that they are still shooting into the later stages of the game. But overall I think they can have a greater impact, especially against a foot-slogging army.
Army: W/L/D -- Eldar 6/2/2; Orks 1/3/0; BA 1/1/0
The Tale of Two Gamers
I'd agree they are gods against foot MEQs but those armies are getting increasingly rare. Also, what army doesn't have some ordnance, Lascannons, HBs or something to force some saves on those guys? If they lack that, he wins because their list is so bad.
